Our Organisation

We strive to be an organisation led by our values – CARE – we are part of a wider health and care system in the Midlands and with reach into South Yorkshire.

We have a history and place in our community, meaning we make a difference in people’s lives daily. We place the greatest importance on patient care and quality, with training and high-calibre professionals.

We employ more than 5,000 colleagues across Chesterfield Royal Hospital, Royal Primary Care and through DSFS. Our volunteers support our services and are part of the #TeamCRH.

We provide a range of planned care including outpatients, diagnostics, therapies, day case and inpatient surgery. In addition, a range of local outreach services and diagnostics are provided from community facilities including our Community Diagnostic Centres.
