Our ‘We Work Here’ video, was created to attract people with disabilities and long-term conditions to work in the NHS.

This work was led by our EDI Lead with support of the Disability and Wellbeing Network (DAWN) network and involved colleagues sharing their stories to celebrate the diversity of people working locally in our NHS with disabilities and long-term conditions.

The video has been positively received and shared with organisations nationally and locally. It was also shown at NHS Confederation Disability Summit and Chesterfield Town Council big screen in a local shopping centre. We include it in all job adverts, and it is included in our Trust induction to clearly indicate our commitment to inclusion.
